Incredibles is an incredible movie!! Well thought out and wonderful story. It had humor for children and adults and we didn't want it to end! In waiting 14 years for a sequel, I had the great opportunity to watch the first movie with my children as children and second movie with my children as adults! Amazing job Pixar!
I have to admit, when the trailers came out for The Incredibles 2, I had absolutely no interest in it, despite loving the first film. But I was invited to see it, and it blew away my expectations. <br/><br/>The animation is one of the most eye-stunning I've seen in an animated movie. Everything from the characters to the environment stood out. The city looks amazing and highlights the retro aspect of the world. <br/><br/>The big praise I give it is that it did not lose anything that made the first film so great. It did not turn into a generic cash-grab sequel with a shallow plot. The family aspects are as strong as ever. Many times, you expect the film to follow certain cliches, but it does not.<br/><br/>One of my favourite Pixar movies ever. It is a must see.
From a certain angle, Incredibles 2 looks a little too slavish to creaky conventions.
